Our wifi link can take up to 2 weeks, depending how busy we are but we try schedule all installations within 3 days of receiving applications. Our fibre installation are subject to council approvals and can take 3-6 months. Our apartment wifi installation can take up to 2 weeks, depening how busy we are but we try schedule all installations within 3 days of recieving applications.

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade at no additional cost, however we need to be notified at least 1 week before the end of the month.
Because of our shaping policy, speeds are varied for different protocols. Meaning that your video calling and streaming will receive a higher priority than downloads. So the speeds across those services are different. The main protocols that are served first are email & web browsing, then video streaming and chat, then certain downloads, etc.
There is no "hard" limit. It's like any normal router.
Fair Usage, in our terms, refers to that fact that we may shape your connection. The connection will be shaped not on a user-per-user basis but rather a connection (or protocol) basis. We do this to ensure fair usage across the entire network. Instead of a single user abusing the system, then the ISP realising this and shaping the user, we analyse traffic in realtime. If we notice that congestion is happening, protocols like bittorrent and large downloads will automatically receive a lower priority on the network to ensure things like web browsing and emails are still fast. This is how we "shape" and ensure Fair Usage.
